The management & the staff are here to make you feel comfortable and do their best to fix any issue related to the villa. We are also very pleased to give you all information in order to facilitate your stay on Koh Phangan, within the limits of our knowledge of the island.

However, please note that we do not have a reception or on-site restaurant and we do not provide in-house maid.

We provide services related to the villa (cleaning, laundry, change of linen & towels, bar fridge, food delivery and some activities that can be done inside your villa) but we do not organize your everyday life on the island, do your shopping or arrange your travels to/from Koh Phangan.

However, we can propose a 24-hour private butler service on call. If you want to be pampered and have everything taken care of for you, please let us know. You will find more information about this service hereherehere.

Also, please remember that we are on a tropical island in a developing country, and that goods & service providers here are not always reliable and not up to the standards you could expect back home. This is part of the experience. Relax, you are on holidays!

Management: 9:30 – 18:30
Saturday & Sunday: 11:30 – 16:00

Staff: 9:00 – 18:00  every day
