Laundry Service

For laundry cleaning, please dispose clothes in the laundry basket (in storage room) and then leave the basket outside villa entrance when you want it to be taken care of.

Service fees (additional to price per kilo below): 300 THB per laundry.

24h ironed (Underwear & socks not ironed): 120 THB / Kg – Deposit between 9 am and 5pm – Get laundry back the next day same time you deposit.

Express 5h ironed: 200 THB / Kg (Max. 5 Kg) – Deposit between 9 am and 1 pm to get laundry back on the same day at around 6 pm.

To use Express Service, please put the Express Service sign (placed on the shelf in the storage room) on top of your laundry in the basket.

Unless checkout time has been agreed for 12:00 pm or after, we will not pickup your laundry if you leave it outside your door on the morning of the day before your scheduled departure (unless laundry is sent in Express service and before 1 PM). This is to prevent having your laundry returned just before or during your check-out.

Please do not seperate white, black or colors, the laundry will do it themselves. If you need to seperate your laundry (between guests), you can do so by putting several bags into the black basket. It will be brought back into several packs corresponding to the seperation you made. Please note however that we are not able to seperate the price and that if put simultaneously this will resut in one bill for this laundry.

We use an external supplier for laundry cleaning and we are not responsible for any damage or loss. Laundry supplier will do its best to compensate in case of any issue. For that matter do not put expensive clothes in your laundry.
Laundry is dried outside with exceptions during rainy periods or for Express Service depending on amount of work of the laundry.
Please be aware that there is no dry-cleaning service on the island.

Food delivery

Check out Koh Phangan multi-restaurant delivery system on the leaflet below (similar to Uber Eats). Use your smartphone to order & have food delivered at your Villa (In the order please indicate Villa left, middle or right in order to be more precise for delivery staff and avoid disturbing your neighours).

Payment upon delivery in Cash or Thai Bank transfer.

Private Chef

If you would like to have your own private Chef cooking for you and your friends & family right here in your Villa, we will be happy to organize a special meal. You can customize your own menu.

Private Yoga Class

Have private Yoga classes without leaving the comfort of your seaside paradise with our talented Yoga instructor. Custom-tailored classes based on your experience & focused attention on what you want to work on (See details below)… Contact us to organize !

Stay in shape with a choice of 2 Gym / fitness club (Evolve and Xantiva) within 5 min walk of Bliss Villas, one to the left and the other to the right.

Services Cancellation Policy

In case of CANCELLATION the following fees apply:

Taxi: 200 THB if no show or cancelled within 20 minutes of scheduled pickup time

Car or scooter rental:
1 day rental rate – More details in the Car leaflet and Scooter leaflet.

Private Chef Service: refer to leaflet

In-house Massage: refer to leaflet

Private Speedboat transfer: cancelled or modified (more than 2 hours from original time) within 7 days of the transfer date: 1,500 THB. Cancelled or modified (more than 2 hours from original time) within 24 hours of transfer : full cost is due.

In-House Yoga Class:
50% if cancelled less than 24h from scheduled class & 100% if no show or last minute cancellation (Check leaflet)

IMPORTANT: Bills for Villa bar & Services are settled upon Check-out or once a week for longer stays

Diving & Watersports

Recommended watersports on Phangan are: Scuba Diving (With world famous “Sail Rock” dive site where you may have the chance to encounter a whale shark), Kitesurfing or efoil (See picture above)
We can recommend Padi dive club, Kitesurfing or efoil school.

We can also help you if you would like to :
– Have a private PADI dive course with course & pool training in the comfort and privacy of your villa (Duration 3 / 4 days – Starts 10 years old)
