Check-Out

If upon check-out the state of cleanliness of the Villa is below acceptable or if a large amount of dishwashing is left to be done, extra fees will be charged (See below).

Upon check-out, the management & the staff will come 10 minutes before your departure time in order to settle the additional services bills and check the Villa before returning the security deposit.

Each item missing, altered or broken on the premises will be charged or deducted from security deposit at the cost indicated in the Inventory list. Please be kind to inform us before check-out of any broken or dysfunctional item so we can anticipate the best solution for our next guests. You will find the Inventory list below.

Please note that for any furniture that is covered with paint, pencil or any other coloring item, we will charge from 500 to 1,500 THB depending on the work to be done. If color or trace cannot be removed then furniture will be charged at Inventory list price. We will also charge 500 THB for each part of wall or floor that has been painted or colored by other coloring item or wall that requires painting.

For broken windows, doors, counters, floor materials or other Villa fixed items or materials, cost will depend on the repair quotation with an additional 10 % fees. If we notice the damage at time of departure you have the choice to accept our estimate or leave security deposit or an amount large enough to cover the costs and we will refund the difference by bank transfer once we receive the repair bill or quotation.

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the Villa. If a room requires deep cleaning or ozone sanitization due to smoking we will charge 2,000 THB per room to be treated.

Finally, if upon check-out the state of cleanliness of the Villa is below acceptable or if a large amount of dish washing is left to be done (few glasses or dishes left are acceptable), extra fees will be charged : 1,500 THB if heavy cleaning is required and 400 to 800 THB for dishwashing depending on quantity.

As we guarantee a check-in time, unexpected heavy additional work will imply hiring emergency extra labour to have Villa ready for the next guests on time.

We thank you for making efforts to take care of our Villa as if it would be your home.

The Management

Check-out time is from 8 AM until 11 AM unless other arrangements have been made. In case of late check-out without notification and arrangement, 100% of the daily rate will be charged. Important: when you are ready for check-out, please allow at least 10 minutes before you can actually leave the villa. This time is necessary for us to check the villa and the last consumption of the villa bar, prepare last bill if necessary with payment, give back your security deposit and help you load your luggage. This is important if you need to schedule your departure to take a ferry.

Any damage, breakage or loss (equipment, furniture, decoration, walls, windows,railings, curtains, linen / towels, etc… ) will be paid immediately when noticed or upon check-out the latest and / or deducted from your security deposit. You will find the inventory list below. The Villa has been thoroughly checked before check-in, so we are aware of possible broken or missing items. However, if you notice anything broken or missing items that wasn’t indicated to you when you arrived, please let us know immediately so that we are on the same level of information.

Payments

Payment for additional services or bar bills may be settled in cash and in Thai Baht.

We also accept credit cards (Visa or Mastercard) for a minimum payment of 1,000 THB

  • Please note that we add a service charge of 3.5 % for credit card payments.

Bills for alcoholic or soft drinks, laundry service or any other additional service not included in the rental must be settled upon check-out or at least once a week for longer stays. Price for any service or item sold in the Villa is indicated in this digital book. Bills are made for the whole villa: we do not provide individual bills per guest. We do provide change for payment in cash but change is given for a single payment only (no change to each individual guest)

If you wish to pay in Euro or US $ , we exchange at the bank rate of the day with a 5% commission and with a minimum of 1,000 THB commission.

  • Please kindly inform us in advance if you wish to pay in € or $.
  • Change is given back in THB.

Example for a 20,500 THB bill paid in €
1 EUR = 37 THB
20, 500/37 = 554.05 €
Price in €: (554.05 × 1.05) (includes 5% commission) = 582 €
If you give us 600 € we will give you back 8€ * 37 = 296 THB

Example for a 12,000 THB bill paid in $
1 USD = 34 THB
12, 000/34 = 352.94 $
Price in $: (352.94 × 1.05) (including 5% commission) = 370 $
