Villa Cleaning

To request a cleaning, please hang the cleaning sign outside the Villa on the hook situated on the wall on the left when facing entrance access ramp, any time from 9 am until 5 pm (or send us a message if you left the villa and forgot to put the sign). If on one day you decide not to ask for a cleaning / not to hang the sign, then we will not enter the villa in order to respect your privacy.

Outside of working hours, you can use the cleaning tools provided in the storage room: Broom and Dustpan (in case you break a glass for example) or a sponge roller mop (in case you need to absorb rain water on the terrace).

Daily cleaning (about 20 / 30 minutes): making beds, emptying bins, cleaning sinks & counters, refill bar fridge & other amenities like Nespresso, water dispenser, toilet paper, soap… Depending on cleanliness of the Villa, staff may have to perform a deeper cleaning and therefore take longer. During cleaning we request that all guests either leave the villa or remain on the terrace (or in one place without moving around), if not the staff will not do the cleaning. There is only one cleaning per day (No partial cleanings / room per room). We can arrange additional cleaning with an extra-charge of 1,500 THB per cleaning.
Bathroom & beach towels are changed every 2 days, during cleaning. Sorry we cannot change towels for the whole villa more often. Villa accommodates up to 6 people, so you will find 6 sets of towels in the villa. If you require an extra set we can provide it with additional cost of 300 THB per set.
Bed Linen are changed every 4 days (for a stay of 5 nights or more). Should you require one additional change during the week, this can be done with an extra-charge of 800 THB.
Dishwashing: During cleaning visit we can do your dishwashing. Please then leave dishwashing sign (placed behind coffee machine) on the kitchen sink. Service charge is indicated on the sign.

Staff working hours are from 9 am until 6 pm every day. Their role is to do the cleaning of the villas, gardens and beach and to perform pool & villa maintenance. They will need to go once or twice a day around your villa: in the garden for pruning & plant watering, near the pool for cleaning and on rooftop for drain maintenance. Privacy: Should you request any action from our staff, they will always ring at your door and will not go inside unless you have opened the entrance door.

Our staff speaks only a little English. For any questions or actions required from the staff, do not try to look around for them but please kindly contact us directly on the Whatsapp Group created for you, we answer quickly.

If you wish to tip the staff, we recommend tip sharing rather than individual tipping. Staff are staying in the bungalows at the back of the land.

  • Please do not go and disturb them in their homes, especially outside of working hours. Also do not go and look for them at the other villas in order to respect privacy of your neighbors.

Bins are emptied every day during the cleaning visit. Should you need to change the main kitchen garbage at any moment, you will find garbage bags in a kitchen drawer near the fridge. You can leave the bag to dispose near the entrance ramp of your villa. However, we strongly recommend not to do so after the staff working hours as it will be removed next morning and meanwhile may attract dogs or other animals and you may find your bag torn apart and dispersed at the entrance. If you still need to dispose your garbage bag outside the villa we recommend you drop your bag near the road entrance at the designated place where all big trash cans are.

You will find 2 recycling bins identified with a recycle sign. One in the storage room (near the main garbage can) for glass bottles & recipients. Please empty the recipient and remove the cap before disposing it in the recycling bin.
The other is on the terrace, near the terrace garbage, and is for aluminium recycling. Please empty your aluminum cans before disposing them in the dedicated garbage can.
Unfortunately there is no plastic recycling yet on the island. This is why we provide drinking water so that you do not have to buy plastic water bottles.
