Plug adapters: (2 located in the storage room) in case your appliance charger does not fit the wall plugs.
Mosquito repellent lotion and plug: Repellent on top of outdoor fridge – 1 plug in each bedroom and 1 plug in the living room.
Hair dryer: Stored in the cabinet below the bathroom sink (1 in each bathroom).
Bathroom amenities: tissues, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, makeup removal wipes, cotton pads, body lotion, soap, toothbrush & paste, razor & shaving cream, cotton buds. Sewing kit (in bedroom near the safe).
3 Umbrellas: Placed in the storage room.
Service push cart shelf: Storage wheeled to help you bring dishes, glasses & plates from kitchen to the terrace. Placed in the storage room.
Dishwashing detergent: Provided for cleaning dishes.
Essential oil burner for scent: Oil and candles are changed during daily visit. If you wish to try a different scent, we have a choice of Lilawadee (frangipani) or Lemongrass.
Iron & ironing board: May be brought to your villa upon request.
Each bedroom has a safe that can store large items such as tablets or computers. The safe is in the cupboard below the TV. It has a built-in lamp that lights when opened.
Inside, you will have LED lights in the recessed ceilings. Those lights are indicated under their switch (Living LED, Kitchen LED, Side LED and also Niche LED). The living courtyard can also be lit and you may turn on the water feature with the switch dedicated. The water will automatically stop after 15 minutes.
Outside, you can light the Swimming Pool (Switch for pool light on the terrace wall). Pool light is multicolor. You can go from one color to another by pressing the switch repeatedly until you reach the desired color.
The stairs have LED. The switch to turn on these LEDs is at the bottom of the stairs.
Voltage in the villa is 220-230 Volts. Villa electrical sockets accept different kind of plugs (from many countries). You won’t need an adapter. However if your device is loose in the socket, you can use one of the adapters provided in the storage room.
In case the main circuit breaker of the villa is down or if you think the breaker for a particular room / part of the villa is down, please contact us as the main electrical board of the villa is not accessible (Situated in the locked technical room).
Because Koh Phangan is not yet so developed, we once in a while have power cuts. They usually do not last long.
In case of a long power cut (over 2 hours), we will start an emergency power generator (unless the power cut happens at night). This will allow you to have the following amenities working: hot & cold water, toilets, internet, CCTV’s, and charging your devices in the sockets of the storage room.
If other villas are vacant you’ll also have power & lights in the bedrooms. Please note that aircons & kitchen appliances cannot be operated with generator as they draw too much power. Besides, we’ll do our best to look for solutions & get information from local authorities but we are not responsible for the consequences and we will not provide any form of compensation. You’ll find safety lamps in all bedrooms in the furniture below TV.
Every tap or shower of the Villa has hot & cold water. Depending on the location of the tap, hot water may take 20 to 30 seconds to arrive at the tap.
In case of too many simultaneous long hot showers, there is a possibility that you run out of hot water (We have a 300 liter water heater tank which is normally enough for 6 people). In this case, please wait a couple of hours so that water heater can heat enough to use hot water again. Thank you!
The bedroom that doesn’t have a sea view has a small private patio that includes a Jacuzzi / Hot tub that fits 2 people.
To use the Jacuzzi, fill in with hot / cold water to your taste. There is no high level alert system so please make sure to stay around when filling the tub so that it doesn’t overflow. Please fill up to two-thirds of maximum level so you don’t overflow when entering the Jacuzzi.
You will find 2 press buttons :
for the air bubbles.
for the whirl jets.
Along with a 3rd button that activates LED and allow you to change LED color.
After use, empty the Jacuzzi by pressing the sink drain. Press the Air bubbles button and let air run out for 1 minute to clean the system (Press the same button to stop cleaning).
We provide you with all kitchenware and tableware to be able to cook & have meals in your villa. Please note that we provide special plates, glasses and cutlery for children. We also have high chairs for the younger ones.
After cooking, we strongly advise you not to leave food (especially sweet items) in the open as this will quickly attract ants. You have been warned ! 🙂
We recommend you use the hood while cooking. Hood is simple to use with 3 different powers and a lighting system. Hood vent leads outside the villa above kitchen window.
Oven is easy to use (temperature and cook type dials). Remember to remove items from the oven before using it. Also, when using convection mode (fan assisted), be careful not to have your face close by when opening the oven door, as heat will be expelled outside with the fan.
Villa is equipped with induction hob and all of our pots and pans are compatible with induction. For the best heat conduction, choose cookware that is about the same size as the surface area of the burner you are using. In order to use the hob, you need to press and hold the touch button
. For a detailed usage, you will find the user manual of the hob in one of the kitchen drawers or hereafter. When you have finished cooking, press again. The “H” symbol showing even after setting the hob off indicates that the cooking plate is still hot.
If you want to buy extra capsules, we do sell those at 390 THB per pack of 10 capsules.
Purple Capsule : Arpeggio – Intensity 9 – A dark roast of pure South and Central American Arabicas, Arpeggio has a strong character and intense body, enhanced by cocoa notes.
Black Capsule : Ristretto – Intensity 10 – A blend of South American and East African Arabicas,
with a touch of Robusta, roasted separately to create the subtle fruity note of this full-bodied, intense espresso.
Gold Capsule : Volluto – Intensity 4 – A pure and lightly roasted Arabica from South America,
Volluto reveals sweet and biscuity flavours, reinforced by a little acidity and a fruity note.
Light Brown Capsule : Cosi – Intensity 4 – Pure Arabicas from East Africa, Central and South America
make this coffee a delicate and balanced blend with cereal and lightly toasted notes enhanced by subtle fruity notes.
To use Nespresso Machine, make sure there is water in the back of the machine in the dispenser
and then, depending on the model, press the switch behind the 2 buttons or directly press one of the 2 buttons on the top.
When it stops blinking, insert a capsule and then press on the espresso or long coffee icon depending on your choice.
Big mugs fit in, you just need to lift the tray for espresso cups. The machine will switch off by itself.
You can use the water dispenser for hot boiling water (making tea for example). To do so, press the left push handle (Red Color).
For your comfort you will find a mini fridge in each bedroom. The mini fridge is plugged. But should you wish to use it to bring drinks to your room, please turn the adjustable thermostat inside the fridge to make it work.
We have provided you with some drinks that are in the outdoor fridge. We will come on a regular basis to refill the fridge
You will also find a selection of wines in the wine cellar below the main TV and hard liquors in the same TV furniture.
Please take notice of the for the drinks (Price list also visible on the sign placed on the outdoor fridge or in the TV furniture cupboard).
You will find a bottle opener in the door of the outdoor fridge and a corkscrew in the kitchen island in the same drawer as knives and forks.
The most bothering insect is the mosquito. Depending on conditions there can be a few or more. They usually are out between 5 and 7.30 pm. Outside these moments they are quite rare.
Mosquito repellent lotion and plug: Repellent spray is on top of the outdoor fridge as well as one anti mosquito plug in each bedroom and one in the living room, near the water dispenser.
Most of the insects you will see are harmless.
On some rare occasions, usually after a big rain when it wasn’t raining for some times, some insects will emerge from the ground, hundreds of them and are attracted by light (They are flying termites / alates). In this case turn off all the lights (including pool light) and close all bay windows (And pull curtains if you have lights still on in your bedroom) otherwise they will try by any means to enter your villa in the search of light (They are harmless but bothering).
Occasionally you can spot a snake around the villa.
Most common species is Bamboo snake (See picture). It is perfectly harmless.
Most spiders are harmless.
You will also see stray cats or dogs walking around. There are a lot of them on the island. They usually are shy and fearful.
Also, the small (and sometimes big) “lizards” you see on the villa walls at nights are geckos or Tokays. They are harmless and on the contrary useful as they clean the house from insects.
If you notice bee’s nest or ant’s nest or if you spot termites, please let us know so we can remove them as these can be a threat in the long term.
Finally, unlike the cliché, cockroaches are not attracted by dirty places. Despite our continuous effort for house cleaning and pest control, we cannot guarantee (as any hotel in Thailand, may it be 5 stars) that you will never see one. Cockroach is perfectly harmless. Nevertheless, if you spot one and are afraid to chase him out, please let us know and we will take care of it.
Each room is equipped with a smoke detector on the ceiling (1 in each bedroom and 1 in the main room near kitchen / entrance).
Fire extinguisher is placed near the kitchen in the storage room.
To use extinguisher, remove from wall, remove safety hook, take hose in your hand and direct towards the base of the flames and spray.
In the unlikely event of a fire that cannot be contained with the fire extinguisher, please evacuate the villa and make sure no one stays inside. Prefer main entrance of the villa exit if possible and go towards main road to seek assistance. If fire is around the villa prefer evacuation towards the sea.

Your Wi-Fi connection is a private (for your villa only) fiber-optic internet line with high speed (Approx. 500 Mbs). We have 2 Wi-Fi routers in the villa. One in the storage room, near the kitchen and one near the main TV for outdoor coverage. Make sure you connect to the right hotspot for optimum coverage.

You will not find a kettle inside the Villa for making hot water for your tea, but the Water dispenser provides boiling water (On some models you will need to pull firmly to the left the children lock protection to the left while pressing the boiling water button).
In the kitchen you have a drinking water dispenser. Drinking water is provided free of charge.
Change of empty bottles will automatically be done during the daily cleaning visits if empty or nearly empty.
If the big bottle gets empty before or after the cleaning, leave the empty bottle outside, at the bottom end of the access ramp, during working hours and our staff will ring at your door and come inside to change it.
On some models (with bottle inside the appliance), when the bottle gets empty, the dispenser makes a noise since the water pump has no more water to draw.
If the noise is bothering, you can turn off the dispenser (on/off buttons behind the appliance).
