Villa Rules
- Maximum number of guests staying in the villa: 6 adults & their accompanying children.
No subletting or allowing the use of any portion of the villa by unregistered persons.
Please store valuable items in the safety deposit box provided in each bedroom.
For safety reasons (and for insurance) and also in case of heavy rain, close entrance door and lock all bay windows before leaving the villa or going to sleep.
- Do not communicate the entry keyless code to other people.
- Guests are required to respect the environment and the quietness of the place.
- NOISE: Parties & private sound systems are not allowed.
- Social events are permitted, however, noise should be kept down after midnight.
- If you are playing an instrument or using small portable speakers outdoors, after 11 PM kindly lower the volume or stop playing instruments.
- Maximum number of people allowed for an event: 20 people.
- Young children should be directed to keep voices in mindful levels for neighbors.
- As for any home in Thailand, you should leave your shoes at the entrance of the villa.
- Do not throw toilet paper or anything else in the toilets. Please use the bin provided.
- Do not move furniture, in particular TV, HiFi System & sofa.
- Interior furnishings must remain inside the villa, and only designated outdoor furniture can be used on the exterior.
- It is not permitted to smoke inside the villa, but it is allowed in the outdoor areas.
- Illegal activities, including gambling, and the possession and / or use of drugs or firearms or fireworks are strictly prohibited on the territory of Bliss Villas
- Sorry, pets are not allowed into the Villa or on the premises. Do not feed stray animals
- Remove all fluorescent body paint before touching any curtains, towels, sofas, cushions, or bed linen. (This paint stains cannot be removed with laundry.)
- Children playing in or around the swimming pool should be under adult supervision.
- Be careful not to run around the pool as the floor can be slippery if you have wet feet.
- Do not climb or step on safety railings on the terrace & rooftop as this will damage the installation.
- It is strictly forbidden to go behind any fence or safety railings on the rooftop.
- Do not use any swimming pool maintenance material, including the Pool Control Box, that you may find around the villa (vacuum, nets, chemicals, etc.).
- Please park your scooter or car in the designated areas, not next to the villa entrance.
- Guests should not try to access technical areas, in particular the locked technical rooms.
